Dr. Ganapathy P Rajkumar, Lawyer and politician and member of the 18th Lok Sabha of the parliament was born in 1965 in Coimbatore city of Tamil Nadu state. He was born to a middle-class family of Palanisamy and Bhuvaneswari. After finishing his schooling he joined BA and completed his graduation in English Literature. After completing his master’s degree in Maas Com he joined LLB and moved to finish PhD in Journalism and Mass Com.
He joined politics with AIADMK and contested for the councilor in the local body election. P Rajkumar was elected as the councilor first time in 1989 as the candidate of AIADMK.
