Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal is a BJP politician and current Member of the Parliament from Paschim Champaran constituency of Bihar State. He won the 2024 general elections defeating Madan Mohan Tiwari of the Indian National Congress Party of the INDIA alliance by a margin of more than one Lakh thirty thousand votes. He won the Lok Sabha election consecutively fourth time from the Paschim Champaran constituency.

Sanjay was born in the family of former politician and MLA of the Bihar state assembly, Shri Madan Prasad Jaiswal and Saroj Jaiswal in Champaran district of Bihar in 1965. He finished his schooling and joined Patna Medical College and Darbhanga Medical College and obtained MBBS and MD degrees respectively.
