Shri Pralhad Joshi, serving as the union minister in the third term of PM Narendra Modi. He is the senior political leader of the Karnataka state. He is a politician who previously served as a member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Pralhad Joshi was a key member of the RSS who was involved in hoisting the Tiranga on the controversial Idagah Ground under Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation in 1992-93.
