Deepender Singh Hooda, a politician and current Member of the 18th Lok Sabha of the Parliament was born in 1978 in Rohtak city of Haryana state in the family of politician and former Chief Minister of the state Bhupendra Singh Hooda. He finished his early schooling in Rohtak and moved abroad to finish his MBA. Deepender worked with various multinational companies before joining politics with his father. He also obtain a bachelor of Law degree and an engineering degree in Textile Science from Bhiwani. Later, he joined politics as a member of the Indian National Congress party and appeared in various rallies in election campaigns with his father.
